graduation.

so this is it. today is my graduation day. 

to be quite honest, i'm pretty pumped to be outa here, and not feeling too sentimental or sad about it. i suppose i haven't had the easiest time at u of t, both academically and with the administration, so it feels good to leave it all behind.

however, i do credit u of t for one thing, and that is for introducing me to the most amazing friends one could ever have. they're also another reason why i'm not sad about being done. i know i will be friends with these people for the rest of my life, and what connects us is more than just the school we went to. 

just because some of us will be moving away, and others busy starting new jobs and adventures, i know we'll still be friends.

i don't know why, but the actual graduation ceremony means nothing to me. i think it's because as far as i was concerned, i was done the moment i wrote my last exam, so i've already had time to move on and start planning the next things in my life. but, despite all this, i will be attending the ceremony. at least i'll get a kick out of the presenter trying to pronounce my full name properly. sam and i have already come up with some predictions on how that will go!

since our group of friends didn't attend the official vic grad banquet, we decided to throw a graduation party our way! as usual, it was a crazy night, and we ate a great deal of amazing food!
