since sam will be celebrating his birthday on april 27th when we're in poland, i decided to have a mini celebration this weekend, and have some cake. after looking through many recipes, i stumbled upon one that was perfect. not really a cake, but i'm excited to share with you guys this recipe for lemon meringue pie, except in mini form.
i followed this recipe from gluten free on a shoe string and it turned out perfectly!!!
