started off our sunday with brunch with a few of my highschool friends at cora's. I had this wonderful platter of assorted fruits. soo much fruit.
for dinner, we went to a restaurant around the corner from sam's parent's house called zen kitchen. this is a vegetarian restaurant owned by an award winning chef. i must say, they had excellent service, and the chef herself came by our table to see how the food was. they also gave us complimentary snacks and nibbles. oh, and they had a great gluten free menu! sam and i split an apple & beet puree soup, sope, and raw veggie noodle dish :)
