what's your style?
if you had a great collection of art, would you fill up all your wall space with it, or would you limit the amount of work that hangs on any given wall?
i personally love love love having a lot of art up. it reminds me of my mums collection that just keeps on filling up the walls in our living room.
even more extreme is my mums best friends mother in poland, who has been collecting art for decades, and lives in a large concrete apartment in wroclaw. there is no free space on her walls (and she has unusually high ceilings, so a lot of space). some art is just propped against the wall. i know it sounds cluttered, but there is something to it. its exciting and has a paris salon feel to it.
i guess it really is a case of personal taste. i know a few people who would go crazy with so many things going on at once.
